Overall purpose of the role:

To provide support to Finance officer and Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Support in filing and archiving of documents
  2. Support on voucher scanning and uploading to SharePoint
  3. Cashbooks preparation
  4. Support on petty cash payments on need

Experience and technical competencies:  

  1. Stable and robust character.
  2. Proven Management and supervision skills, team player and proven commitment to accountability practices.
  3. Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Education: (include certificates, licenses etc.)

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or any
  • Professional accounting qualification ACCA, CPA etc

Languages: (indicate fluency level)

  • Excellent communication skills in English is required.

  • Finance Manager
  • Budget holders/PMS
  • Bank
